Directed by Gautam Menon, 'Vinnaithandi Varuvaya' is the love story of a Malayali Christian girl Jessie ( Trisha 
Krishnan) and Karthik (Silambarasan). With music by A R Rahman, the movie is all set to release on February 26.The story of ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ is simple. Its about an aspiring film maker Karthik, played by Silambarasan, who wants to make it big in his profession. On his journey to success he falls in love with a Christian girl Jessie, played by Trisha. But as things move on he is forced to choose either his ambition or love and he’s ready to sacrifice his dream for his love. Simple but Menon Magic will see it through.
